Can I pause or skip my monthly subscription shipments?

Need a little break? No problem! If you're on a billed monthly plan with no commitment period, you can hit pause anytime—no hard feelings. Just log into your account and follow these steps:

  1. Head to your "Account Settings"
  2. Click on "Subscriptions"
  3. Pick the one you want to pause and hit that 'Pause' button! You can choose to pause for 30, 60, 90, or even 180 days. (Don’t worry, your subscription will automatically reactivate when your chosen pause time is up—but you can jump back in early anytime!)
