If you're on a monthly billed plan with no commitment, you can upgrade or switch your box size anytime. Just follow these steps:
- Log into vellabox.com/account
- Click "Subscriptions" in the left menu
- Select "View" next to the plan you want to change
- Hit the "Upgrade" button under the actions section
- Choose your new box size and click "Complete Order"
No extra charges when upgrading—you’ll see the new price on your next billing date.
If you're on a prepaid plan with a commitment, you’ll need to wait until your term ends to make changes.
