When will I be billed for my monthly subscription?

Your first box is billed at the time of purchase. After that, your subscription will automatically renew and you’ll be billed on the 1st of each month. This will continue until your subscription term ends or you choose to pause or cancel.

Please note: Billing and shipping are separate—your box will not necessarily ship on the day you’re billed. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order is on its way.
