Can I pause or skip my monthly shipments?

If you are on a billed monthly plan with no commitment period, you can pause your subscription at anytime in your account.

Simply log into your account:

1. Go to "Account Settings"

2. Select "Subscriptions" from the menu on the left of the screen.

3. Choose the subscription you would like to pause. Click the "Pause" button.

You can pause your subscription for 30, 60, 90, or 180 days*

*NOTE: Paused subscriptions will automatically reactivate once the full pause period has been reached. You may reactivate the subscription at anytime.
