Can I change my shipping address?

To update the shipping address tied to your subscription, login to your account and go to the "Subscriptions" tab. Click into the subscription you'd like to update. Under the billing and shipping address, you will see a "Change Address" button where you can make the update. Save the changes.

Address changes must be made before the 1st of the month to apply to your upcoming shipment. Please reach out to support@vallabox.com if you have any questions or concerns.
