Can I change or upgrade my subscription plan?

If you are on a billed monthly plan with no commitment period, you can change or upgrade your box type at anytime. To do so:

Step 1: Log onto Vellabox.com/account

Step 2: Select "Subscriptions" from the left menu

Step 3: Select "View" next the subscription you wish to alter

Step 4: From the actions section you'll see the "Upgrade" Button. Choose your size.

Step 5: Choose complete order

*There are no charges upon upgrading & your bill will not change until your next renewal date*

If you are on a billed upfront plan with a commitment period, you must reach the end of your commitment period before making changes to your plan.
