Why is my tracking information not showing?

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after your order ships. During this time, the carrier may not have scanned the package yet, even though it’s on its way.


If you’re seeing a message like “label created” or no movement, don’t worry—this is normal and your tracking will update once the package is picked up and processed.


For monthly subscriptions, keep in mind that you are billed on the 1st of each month, but the boxes are not actually shipped out until the second week of the month.
