Why is my tracking information not loading?

Don’t stress!
- If you just received your tracking email, it may take a couple days for our carriers to update the information.
- Not all packages get scanned at every location, so there may be lulls in your updates, but we’re confident the box is still moving!
- Subscriptions are billed the 1st of each month and are shipped out by the end of the second week typically!
