Where is my box?

Every once in a while a Vellabox's tracking info will not update or will show the box being delivered in a different city/state. Not to worry, a majority of the time, this is just a small USPS online error, and the package does end up arriving! Get in touch with our support team if you’re having tracking issues. We will make sure you get an update, and the box is delivered safely into your hands.
