Can I get a replacement for broken or damaged products?

We've done lots of testing to be able to ship with minimal packaging waste and still see low breakage rates; however, accidents can happen! Send an email to our support team at with a picture of the damage and your shipping address. They will help with a replacement!

Note- Be careful to not touch any broken glass
