What is your cancellation policy?

We totally get that things change! Our mission is to make every subscriber happy, so if there's anything we can do to improve your experience, let us know — we’re always here to help. 💛


Monthly Subscription – No Commitment. No strings attached! If you're on a monthly plan, you can pause or cancel anytime. Here's how:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Head to the “Subscriptions” tab
  3. Click “View” under your subscription details
  4. Hit “Cancel” to stop future shipments. Heads up: We bill between the 1st and 5th of each month. If your order is already processing, your cancellation will kick in for the next billing cycle.

Prepaid Plans – Commitment Required. If you signed up and paid upfront for a commitment plan (like 3, 6, or 12 months), you'll receive all the boxes you signed up for, even if you disable auto-renewal. You can choose to stop it from renewing — here’s how:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Go to the “Subscriptions” tab
  3. Click “View”
  4. Hit “Disable Auto-Renew”
