What is your cancellation policy?
Our mission is to make every subscriber happy! If there is something we can do to improve your experience, let us know & we'll do our best to make it right!
BILLED MONTHLY - NO COMMITMENT
If you’re a subscriber billed monthly with no commitment period, you can pause or cancel at any time. To cancel your subscription,
1. Login to your account
2. Visit the "Subscriptions" tab & select the subscription you'd like to cancel
3. Click the "View" button under your subscription details.
4. Click "Cancel" to stop your monthly shipments.Note: You are billed between the 1st & 5th of each month. If your order is processing, your cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle.
BILLED UPFRONT - COMMITMENT PLANS
If you are on a commitment plan for which you paid upfront, you must reach the end of your commitment plan. You can enable or disable auto-renewal at anytime in your account, see steps below:
1. Login to your account & visit the "Subscriptions" tab
2. Click the "View" button under your subscription details.
3. Click the "Disable Autorenew" button
4. Your subscription will no longer automatically renew after the commitment period (see "Status" field for subscription end date)Note: You will still receive the total number of boxes you initially signed up to receive.
