How does a Vellabox membership work?

Whether its treating yourself or subscribing your mom and friend, Vellabox is curated to you! Based on how often you like to burn candles and where you like to burn (check out our blog to learn how candles correlate to room sizes), select from our 3 box sizes. The Lucerna Box ($12-$18) includes a 4 oz candle with a 25 hour burn time. The Ignis + our most popular size ($22-$28) includes a 8 oz candle with a 50 hour burn time. The Vivere ($29-$38) includes a 16 oz candle with a 80 hour burn time. Each box also contains a $10 suprise lifestyle item. You can choose the 6-month or 12-month subscription plan, and receive a "pay in full" discount - or you can subscribe to our monthly program. On our monthly plan, your membership will renew and charge your account on the 1st of each month until you cancel. If you need to take a break from your boxes, you can pause your subscription for up to 6 months (in which it will automatically reactivate after that point), or ask our support team to send your boxes to friends as gifts!

The first box in your subscription will ship immediately, or we can ship at a later date; just enter in your specific request during checkout or chat with our support team! Your second box and beyond will ship with our monthly bulk shipment between the 5th and the 9th of each month, and arrive to you mid-month.
