Can I pause my candle shipments?
You can pause your candle shipments at any time. Simply log into your account, select "Subscriptions" from the menu on the left of the screen, then choose the subscription you would like to pause. Click the "Pause" button below the subscription as seen in the example here:
Your subscription will remain on hold until you return to this page and resume its delivery. If your candle is already on hold, you'll see the option to resume your candle subscription in this same spot.
