Can I pause my candle shipments?
You can pause your candle shipments at any time!
Simply log into your account:
1. Go to "Account Settings"
2. Select "Subscriptions" from the menu on the left of the screen.
3. Choose the subscription you would like to pause. Click the "Pause" button.
You can pause your subscription for 30, 60, 90, or 180 days.
*The paused subscription will automatically reactivate after 6 months if you don’t cancel or reactivate it before then*
