How do I change/update my subscription shipping address?

Yes, absolutely!

You can update the shipping address at any time throughout your subscription but please try to make these changes before the 25th of each month so there's enough time before the auto renewal on the 1st! 

Log on to your account and go into your “Account Settings”. Click on “Subscription Details” or the “Subscriptions” tab, then select “Change Address”. Save the changes you’ve made and please reach out to our support team at support@vellabox.com to make sure the addresses updated successfully! :)
