Broken Candle/Damaged Products

Unfortunately sometimes damage happens in transit and we do our best to avoid it, and our mail carriers do an excellent job, but accidents happen. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding in this matter! Send an email to our support team at support@vellabox.com confirming your shipping address and please attach a picture of your broken candle or damaged product. They will help get you a replacement or process a refund for you!
