Unfortunately sometimes damage happens in transit and we do our best to avoid it, and our mail carriers do an excellent job, but accidents happen. Send an email to our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org confirming your shipping address and please attach a picture of your broken candle or damaged product. They will help get you a replacement or process a refund for you!
