Returns

We do not process returns for our monthly subscription boxes, however, you can always reach out to our support team as we are happy to discuss details with you on a case by case basis. Candles purchased from our Candle Shop can be returned if unused. If you email our support team, we would be happy to create you a return shipping label, and the cost of your candle will be refunded. (The cost of return shipping will be deducted from that refund).
