Candles purchased from our Candle Shop can be returned if unused. If you email our support team, we would be happy to create you a return shipping label, and the cost of your candle will be refunded. (The cost of return shipping will be deducted from that refund). For candles received in our monthly boxes, please email email@example.com as returns there are not standardly accepted. However, we are happy to discuss details with you on a case by case basis.
