My tracking link shows an alert, but I know my address is correct! What is going on?
Give your local post office a call (local is key here, do not call the national line) and they should be able to get your more information with your specific tracking number. Sometimes boxes get marked with issues accidentally, and other times the box is being held at your local office due to delivery access issue (such as snow blocking a mailbox) or the carrier not feeling the location is secure enough to leave the package unattended.
If it’s returned to sender, just let us know and we’ll keep an eye out for it. Our policy is to repackage your returned goods together with your next Vellabox renewal.
