My Vellabox was Marked as Delivered, but I Haven't Received it.

It’s possible that USPS marked your box as delivered a bit too early. If it’s been 3 business days or more since false delivery, let us know so we can take care of it!


Be sure to double-check your address to make sure everything’s up to date, too!


If you still have not received your box, please contact your local post office to locate it. If they are unable to do so, please submit a claim and email us with the claim number.
